- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try out best to keep our prices affordable to our customers. We understand that plumbing repairs have to be done and sometimes are not an option. We also understand not everyone has money sitting around for emergency repairs when needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep our customers very informed on what we are doing. The plumbers will answer any questions the homeowners have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our all plumbers go to the required plumbing classes every year.
