They were able to schedule work promptly. Jose is old fashioned and his word is his contract. In that respect, I didn't received a written quote confirming the verbal quote until the day before installation. Invoice received a day after installation. Minor problem was they damaged one of our window blinds pulling on it too hard, but Jose promptly followed up and made good on repairs. Can't say enough about his professionalism and standing behind the work of his staff.

We noticed a problem with our windows (in a new house) around 9:00pm and I reached out to Jose around 10:30 PM. He immediately responded back, and I called him the next morning at 8:45. He was at my house at noon. He checked every window and made the necessary adjustments and repairs. Great value. Perfect work. Communication was excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would.
