They were able to schedule work promptly. Jose is old fashioned and his word is his contract. In that respect, I didn't received a written quote confirming the verbal quote until the day before installation. Invoice received a day after installation. Minor problem was they damaged one of our window blinds pulling on it too hard, but Jose promptly followed up and made good on repairs. Can't say enough about his professionalism and standing behind the work of his staff.

I needed to have several double pane windows replaced that had failed and had condensation between the panes. Jose responded to my bid request right away and was the first contractor to show up to measure (at my convenience). He also indicated he could replace some damaged screens as well. He gave me an estimated installation date which he met on time. The job was quickly and properly done. I am totally satisfied, will use him in the future and would highly recommend him. The price was reasonable and fair.

Very prompt reply from the get go and was very flexible with me in scheduling the install due to ongoing construction at the home. Price was reasonable and in line with other companies. I would recommend using Jose.

We had all of our windows installed through Ornelas glass & windows. Jose and his crew did an amazing job. He was very easy to communicate with and promptly answered any questions. The windows arrived quickly and they installed about 15 windows in 2 days. His crew was very respectful of the home, keeping mess and debris at bay. They were also very trustworthy as my husband and I were at work when they were installing the windows. We love our new windows and our pup happens to like them too. The temperature in are house is feeling so much cooler as well. I would highly recommend Ornelas glass to anyone interested in getting windows. Thank you so much Jose!

I got a quote the same day and the work was fine the next. Had a cracked window... Most others said that the entire window needed to be replaced. Orne was up front with me and showed me why only the good needed to be replaced. Saved me a bunch!
