FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes new installation parts for each appliance as well as hauling off the old appliance at no additional cost. We never will reuse and existing part to chance cross threading of the part. If there are 3 or more appliances to be installed then I offer a discount for the multiple units. Pricing is for normal installation however if there are steps involved or additional work necessary to complete the job the Installer will discuss it with the customer before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always get the customers information and assign one of our State Licensed Installers to the job. They contact the customer to arrange a timeframe that is convenient for the customer to do the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business for over 26 years and have State Licensed Installers that perform the installations. Their experience ranges from 5 to 24 years of experience. They install for residential customers, apartment complexes, to large custom homes for some of the larger custom home builders in the Central Texas area.
