My repair tech arrived in the allotted repair window and notified me prior to their arrival. Was courteous and respectful, even taking the time to place booties over his shoes before entering the house. He examined the microwave, then explained to me what the issue was and how it could be repaired. Upfront pricing was appreciated. Thank you!

I had a dryer go out on me and I was so stressed out that it would cost a lot and I'd be forced to get another dryer. I called a few repair places and didn't get a speedy response but with Go Find Tec I was able to get a repair man over within a couple of days.I briefly described the issue I was having and he said he'd let me know once he assessed the dryer. My repair man was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was willing to walk me through what he planned doing to find the issue.Luckily for me it was just a fuse, but the most impressive part of his service was that he double checked the vent that connects to the wall and highly recommend that I have my maintenance man do a thorough vent cleaning so that I can have a longer lasting dryer and proper airflow.So most definitely 10/10!!!

My washing machine GE stopped filling with water and was just tumbling half-dry clothes around the bottom of the drum. I contacted one repair company, and they replaced two parts, but the problem wasnt fixed. Then I started looking for another company and reached out to Gofindtech. It turned out the issue was just a small sensor. They replaced it, and everything started working perfectly. Im very grateful to the technician! Highly recommend them!

Guy that came out was a cool guy he just came from Russia to escape the craziness. I had to recommend him. Hes a good guy very professional worked hard pretty fun talking to young and seems to love his work. He comes any days a week even Sunday he came out which is pretty rare so great for emergencies prices were unbelievable reasonable. I highly recommend him and I will in the future. I wish him the best and welcome to Texas.
