Whenever I enter someone's house, I feel a big responsibility to do what's right. I strive to do my best and provide a great experience. I believe to be fair even if that means passing on the job or suggesting another way. I have been working in kitchen, bathrooms renovations and repair for 20+ years, and I can help you make an educated decision. My team and I are very fortunate to have a chance to work in your home, and we will do as much as we can to make you happy.
Let's talk and see what can we come up with.

Roy did a great job replacing an existing door. He bored the hole for the doorknob, attached the hinges, painted the door and hung it up. He was prompt and reasonably priced.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tailor my approach to each project based on its unique requirements. Some jobs demand specialized expertise across one or multiple trades, while others benefit from a more creative and adaptable mindset. I prioritize listening to my clients to ensure their expectations are met within budget. Everyone has their vision of what they want, need, or value—and my goal is to help identify a shared space where both parties feel confident, aligned, and excited to collaborate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting for the first time and creating an estimate, the scope of work is written and signed. Then a date is set for the project to start and be completed. On many occasions, clients order and pay for the material to avoid a deposit. Then when the project is completed, the labor and any change orders are paid. But each project is different.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a formal college education in many areas, including Electricity, Plumbing, carpentry, mechanical systems (HVAC), Asbestos remediation, mold remediation, Construction management, OSHA Safety, and much more.
