Whenever I enter someone's house, I feel a big responsibility to do what's right. I strive to do my best and provide a great experience. I believe to be fair even if that means passing on the job or suggesting another way. I have been working in kitchen, bathrooms renovations and repair for 20+ years, and I can help you make an educated decision. My team and I are very fortunate to have a chance to work in your home, and we will do as much as we can to make you happy.

Roy did a great job replacing an existing door. He bored the hole for the doorknob, attached the hinges, painted the door and hung it up. He was prompt and reasonably priced.

Did what three other attempts failed at. Saw the initial issues and problems left by previous vendor and got to work. Did work as desired and gave great advice. Highly recommend.

Roy is fantastic! We had multiple contractors come out to assess a potential water damage issue. Roy was the only contractor who took the time to find the source of the water damage and recommended two options for resolution. The quality and thoroughness of his work is impressive and the value for the price is excellent. He took the time to stay in touch with me, my husband, and my tenant and took pictures along the way. Roy truly goes above and beyond - I highly recommend him for any repairs!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tailor my approach to each project based on its unique requirements. Some jobs demand specialized expertise across one or multiple trades, while others benefit from a more creative and adaptable mindset. I prioritize listening to my clients to ensure their expectations are met within budget. Everyone has their vision of what they want, need, or value—and my goal is to help identify a shared space where both parties feel confident, aligned, and excited to collaborate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting for the first time and creating an estimate, the scope of work is written and signed. Then a date is set for the project to start and be completed. On many occasions, clients order and pay for the material to avoid a deposit. Then when the project is completed, the labor and any change orders are paid. But each project is different.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a formal college education in many areas, including Electricity, Plumbing, carpentry, mechanical systems (HVAC), Asbestos remediation, mold remediation, Construction management, OSHA Safety, and much more.
