- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We either visit with samples or customer visits us to make selections and get some samples, our estimates are free and we don't apply any pressure, then when order is given we schedule a time for the work to be performed and only expect payment upon satisfactory completion, nothing upfront!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My dad started as a floor installer in 1986 and as me and my brothers grew up we would go and help him out during the summer and afternoons I learned from an early age. also I worked for Home depot and Lowe's installing floor for them.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
any types no job is too small or too big. we are here to serve to anyone.
