I couldn’t be more appreciative for how quickly we were able to work with one hour AC. We had multiple teams come out the same day from other companies to give us quotes and one hour was not only the most prompt but was able to get the repair done quickly. Our technician Jacoby was incredibly kind and was the only company that helped try to get airflow going at all instead of just trying to sell us a new unit. We knew that we needed a new unit, but we appreciated Jacoby going the extra mile to try to get us some air for the evening. We agreed to move forward with a new outdoor condenser and Jacoby then spent the evening looking for the one that was compatible with our indoor air return. He called us after business hours to let us know he could not find the correct condenser and that a change would have to be made to our indoor unit, he wanted us to know before the next day when he was supposed to arrive with the unit. I feel he went above and beyond to try to get us air as quickly as possible, and with three young children in our home, that was really appreciated. This was not the least expensive quote we were given, but I do feel that we got the best quality and the quickest response and repair. The repair team even covered up our carpet very first thing to make sure they were not dragging dirt into our house. They were also very respectful of our baby gate keeping it closed to make sure our baby didn’t go up the stairs overall I’m really happy with the team and felt that we were taking care of. move
