FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 95$ dollar diagnostic fee for residential and a 165$ dollar diagnostic fee for rentals/commercial. This fee is waived if you approve a repair, so this fee is only paid if you choose to not get a repair done or decide that the system is not worth the investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we confirm that you are an owner that can approve work for the property in question, we will add you to our system as a customer and book you in our schedule for the next available appointment. You will get a phone call when we are on the way, and you will get a phone call to update you if anything changes about our scheduled time, such as if a call goes longer than we anticipate. When we arrive, we will make our diagnostic to see what has failed with your system, and make a full stop to communicate and give you a cost to approve before proceeding with your repair. After performing the repair we will review your system as it runs and let you know any final observations we have after running your system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Texas HVAC Contractors License and 12 Years of Experience.
