At Unit Pro, we offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Our standard service call starts at $50 and is applied toward the repair if approved. We provide free estimates for larger jobs and offer discounts for repeat customers, veterans, and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your request, we quickly respond to learn more about the issue. We’ll ask a few questions or request photos to better understand the problem, then schedule a convenient time for the service. Our technician arrives on time, diagnoses the issue, and provides a clear repair quote before starting any work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are certified in HVAC systems and appliance diagnostics. We’ve completed manufacturer training programs and regularly attend continuing education to stay current with new technologies, including smart appliances and energy-efficient HVAC systems.
