- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In some circumstances we can give a rough est. with pictures but in most cases there is a site visit required at no charge to assure customer of proper quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a phone call to us we can set up an appt. with customer when they are available .
