Dima is prepared & professional. He is on time. He understood the assignment immediately when I showed him the water damaged wood on back of my house. He had tools & knows how to repair things. He had to go buy a few items & did so quickly. He works fast & did not try to overcharge me. Very reasonable rate. I will use him again.

Was quick to reply and then insulted my intelligence (I have 3 degrees, with 2 being graduate) by making the suggestion that I couldn’t figure out that a screw might be too long. Just because I don’t care to do this project, doesn’t mean I couldn’t. I’m assuming it’s cause I’m a woman.. so I must be stupid. Also didn’t reply to my last messages explaining that shortening a screw would not solve the issue. So maybe it’s him who didn’t have the intelligence to fix it.
