- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $75/hr with a 2-hour minimum. I also offer fixed pricing for certain types of work. Materials are billed separately unless provided by the customer. I accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Check, and Credit Card. For larger projects a deposit may be required. No hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer sends photos or describes the project. I ask a few clarifying questions and provide an estimate. If needed, I schedule a walkthrough to give an exact quote. Once approved, we schedule the job, I complete the work, and the customer checks the result. Simple and straightforward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed various technical training related to electrical, plumbing, tools, and safety. Most importantly, I’ve gained hands-on experience from completing hundreds of real world projects. Every home is different and real experience matters.
