In all my job when included material only , always ask for 30 % of advance or down payment when arrive and start painting never before or we can negotiate the amount, no problem at all. I always apply Sherwin Williams or Brend that you prefer . We can make estimates in two ways , one is pass by or sending pictures and discuss your project.
