- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before quoting any project, we will do a full walk through, listen to your needs and vision and take note of what makes your project unique. At Painter1 of Greater North Austin we provide competitive pricing! Once we give you a price, we stick to it, unless you have any change orders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to respond to requests and set up appointments quickly. During our appointment, we will do a thorough walk through and provide you with a quote, often times onsite. Once you decide that you would like to work with us, we will do a second walk through to make sure that we are on the same page. Then, select your colors and we'll do the rest! Our project manager will supervise the work and make sure everything runs smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As industry experts, we consistently participate on top painting national forums and receive and provide training at painting conferences. Our painters are trained on the latest products and techniques available for interior painting, exterior painting and cabinet painting.
