- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide the lowest price, the highest quality products, and the most excellent customer service available anywhere in Central Texas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients fill out a request form on our web site. After we agree on the services requested and price, we email a written agreement that contains all the details of the event. The date is locked-in when we receive a 50% deposit.
