I really wanted to leave a good review for this company because the process had a promising start, but then things started to become chaotic, unorganized, and we had to constantly reach out about the status of things missed.We talked about having two umbrella holders and it was missed but justified with there probably wasnt enough room. We asked to have sand placed over the PVC pipes because our yard that was excavated was full of sharp rocks. It never happened but we were assured those drainage rocks were fine. We had the wrong tile ordered, and the UV light we paid for was left off the equipment, discovering that by chance because we were asking electricians questions. The most disappointing of all is that the permit required to do this project was never done prior to beginning it, and we found out as a result of another project we are currently trying to complete that cant even begin because they neglected to do this piece that is outlined in the contract. Weve been told for 5 weeks it has been done and it has not.Please use caution if you use this company.

We had a mixed experience with this company. Overall the quality of work was very good. The contractor, Dan, was very professional and communicated well throughout the remodel. Our experience with Jareb, the initial salesperson, was not great. He seemed nice enough at first, but we discovered late in the process that he overpromised on some things while we were in the office to sign the contract. When we brought up the previous promises, he became passive aggressive and denied saying the things. Also, his communication after we signed the contract was completely absent, even though there were several times he could have stepped in to make the process smooth. He was very good about communication regarding our payments and when we inquired about adding things to the remodel. If I had to do it again, I would still use them, but would find another salesperson.

We moved to the Hill Country and soon realized that we needed a pool to escape the heat. Having never owned one we didnt know where to start or what to expect. Some friends referred us to Texas Pools and Patios. My wife had an idea of what she wanted and they listened to what she described and drew it up. We agreed to terms and they started almost immediately. Bailey kept us informed of the paperwork and JC handled the field work. Both were awesome to deal with. JC had contractors show up when he said they would and was there checking on them and keeping us updated on the progress. The entire process was way less stressful than we imagined. They finished in the time frame we were told. It turned out beautifully. Of course with any type of construction there were a couple of items that needed attention after construction and JC was on it and had it handled quickly and to our liking. Cant say enough good things about Texas Pools and Patios, especially Bailey and JC. Awesome people to work with.

We are a 3rd generation pool builder where it all started with my grandfather and we just kept on with the family legacy!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do research before you pick someone as your builder. Double check if they have any existing or prior lawsuits and how long they have been in business! If they go out of business, your warranties are void.
