We recently had a pool and spa built by Texas Pools & Patio, and are extremely happy with the results. From start to finish the process was excellent. Our sales representative, Rick, was outstanding in terms of answering questions, coming up with creative designs, etc. Out of the various pool builders we spoke with over a 3 month vetting process, Rick was easily the most knowledgeable and polite Sales Rep we dealt with. The construction process was also very positive. Robert, the Superintendent for Texas Pools & Patio was a pleasure to work with and kept his construction teams on target with speed and quality. Our pool was completed in roughly 8 weeks. In summary, I would highly recommend using Texas Pools & Patio for your project.EDIT - 5 years later. Our spa area had a fairly significant leak and via working with an Austin area leak company uncovered the Texas Pool and Patios installed the spa jets in a very poor manner. They cut the piping too short, and used puddy to "bridge" the connection between the jets/housing and the spa piping. This puddy of course started to wear away and caused leaks. I had to pay over $2K out of pocket to repair this shoddy work.

We moved to the Hill Country and soon realized that we needed a pool to escape the heat. Having never owned one we didnt know where to start or what to expect. Some friends referred us to Texas Pools and Patios. My wife had an idea of what she wanted and they listened to what she described and drew it up. We agreed to terms and they started almost immediately. Bailey kept us informed of the paperwork and JC handled the field work. Both were awesome to deal with. JC had contractors show up when he said they would and was there checking on them and keeping us updated on the progress. The entire process was way less stressful than we imagined. They finished in the time frame we were told. It turned out beautifully. Of course with any type of construction there were a couple of items that needed attention after construction and JC was on it and had it handled quickly and to our liking. Cant say enough good things about Texas Pools and Patios, especially Bailey and JC. Awesome people to work with.

We are very pleased we selected Texas Pools and Patio. After speaking with 5 other pool companies, TPP was by far the most transparent from the start. Our sales rep Jareb, took the time to really listen to what we wanted. We immediately felt comfortable with him. No pressure, not pushy and truly wanted to make our dream a reality, which TTP did. He met with us multiple times walking us through the process, which allowed us to take our time and ensure we were happy with all our decisions prior to moving forward. Our dedicated project manager Dan Adams did an awesome job. From day one, he clearly communicated what was happening and if something needed to change, he would let us know. Dan listened and responded to our many questions as new pool owners, and made sure we understood every step within the process. Even months after our pool was completed, Dan made himself available for any questions we had as new pool owners. We highly recommend Texas Pools And Patios. Thank you Jareb and Dan for providing excellent service and making this experience enjoyable.
