Life is complicated. Roof, gutter, chimney and trim work shouldn't be. Here at Avanti we are upfront and straight forward with options, discounts and overall pricing. Every project is priced based on the specific scope of work, materials, and roof complexity. Our goal is to deliver top-notch roofing solutions at a great value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by seeking to understand how we can best help you. What's your experience with roof work? What are you looking for? What is the ultimate goal?etc. Here are the next steps: 1) Inspection - conduct a detailed on-site inspection and assessment, providing you a photo report of the roof's condition. 2) Educate - review the findings together and provide you with a clear, honest explanation of the roof's health. 3) Pricing - . Provide detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing. 4) Process - review the full roofing process from A to Z and ensure the details are clear and understood. I'll walk you through every step of the process - schedule, work scope, FAQs, saftey, etc. 5) Communication - regular texts and emails will keep you informed and to date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent years honing my skills through hands-on experience in the roofing industry, learning the trade from the ground up. In addition to real-world expertise, I’ve completed manufacturer-certified training programs to stay current with the latest roofing systems, installation techniques, and safety standards. I also stay up to date with local building codes and industry best practices to ensure every job is done right—the first time.
