- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team is equipped to assist in property and lot research and acquisition, to ensure the property will fit your needs as well as whether the property poses any issues or challenges prior to acquisition. We have strong working relationships with architects and interior designers who we can partner together with to make your vision come to life. We also have an in-house design specialist with an impeccable eye for design. Once we are retained, we will collaborate closely with your architect to create a custom home that fits your lifestyle and meets your proposed budget. Land & Lot Acquisition Architect & Interior Designer Selection Conceptual Estimate Planning Support PRE-CONSTRUCTION Review Plans & Permit Timing Competitive Bidding & Cost Analysis Value Engineering Material Identification & Procurement Once architectural and structural plans are in development, we work together with our trade partners to competitively bid your project. During the bid process we advise on areas where you can potentially save or add value based on our expertise. Material specifications are determined during this period and worked into the budget. CONSTRUCTION Onsite Supervision & Trade Coordination Schedule Inspection & Quality Control Budget Management Weekly Recorded Meetings Shop Drawing & Sample Review/Approval Monthly Standardized Invoicing Safety We handle all aspects of construction from start to end. The Project Manager assigned to your project will be your direct contact and on site daily. The Project Manager is the key contact for all sub-contractors, vendors, consultants and city inspectors. At the start of your project you will be assigned a construction schedule that will be reviewed and adjusted at weekly scheduled meetings. Our office provides monthly invoicing, manages lien releases, insurance certificates and confirms licensing of contractors. POST-CONSTRUCTION Punch List & Job Closeout At completion of the project we schedule a walk-through with the client to go over any final construction details that need to be complete as well as all house functions. We provide a one-year warranty on all construction.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The Lopez Custom Home, it was our favorite and the most difficult. The home was built on the side of a cliff, creating several challenges. It was a challenging project but was executed flawlessly and turned out beautiful.
