One of our employees, Michael Libby, opened the Thumbtack account and was the one who made initial contact with you about your project. He left our company a week later and moved back to Montana to be with his family. All of our team members have been doing construction all of their adult lives. All of them say they love it and can't imagine doing anything else.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are given a full scope of work. Ask to see their liability insurance. Don't let the contractor charge you more without a new written contract and scope of work.
