I reached out to Cary regarding an issue. I had over my dining room area that I thought I may have a leak on my roof. He came out. The same day showed me what the issue was, and the problem was fixed in a timely manner.

Cary provided general handyman services at a newly purchased home and was able to successfully complete a large variety of tasks, including plumbing, roofing, electrical, and many more misc. tasks. Cary is able to work with minimal direction and that is appreciated. He is very thorough and puts pride into his work. His rates are extremely reasonable as well. Will be using Cary again in the near future.

Cary came out to lay down plywood in my attic for extra storage space. He got a bit of a late start on the first day, but after a few hours I could tell he had a passion for doing the job right. He didn't just lay down plywood over existing beams and supports, but spend the extra time to shore up the support for the plywood. He also showed great craftsmanship and pride in cutting the wood precisely to fit around existing obstructions in the attic space. I was very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

Cary came out on a Sunday and went above and beyond in limb and trash removal. He also trimmed trees and shrubbery, and is coming back to cut back the larger trees. He definitely went above and beyond, and for a very reasonable cost. Cary is well worth the 5 star rating given by many of his customers, and us.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my service is based on helping customers save money so whatever my base prices are they are customized to specific customers needs and I will work with each customer based on what they need. also my minimum service fee is $70 for local jobs $140 for jobs i have to travel 60 miles to 80 miles and a minimum of $200 for jobs 90 miles away from home.
I prefer that you have at least $200 of work for me to do if I'm traveling 40 to 50 miles to your location. I can do a lot so it shouldn't be hard to find that much work for me to do.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need the customers name phone number address and email address to send invoices By email. and to contact the customer when I'm on my way and to follow up outside of thumb tack
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's equivalent in trade skill knowledge 8 years training with a former Marine Aviation electrician of 38 years in the business field Roofing siding electrical holiday lighting interior and exterior repairs and Landscaping and Lawn Service and Christian knowledge from a doctorate in theology and psychology all over 40 years who also speaks Greek Hebrew and multiple languages of the Bible I am now a strong Christian because of it which helps me with my business in ways that cannot be described
