FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers can expect honest, transparent pricing with no surprise charges. A service call or diagnostic fee may apply, and we review pricing before any work is performed. Costs depend on the type of repair, materials, and whether emergency or after-hours service is needed. We may also offer savings through maintenance plans, promotions, or select customer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin every new customer relationship with clear communication and dependable service. After discussing the issue and scheduling an appointment, we perform a thorough evaluation, explain the recommended solution, and provide honest pricing upfront. Once approved, we complete the work professionally, verify everything is working properly, and leave the space clean. We want every customer to feel informed, respected, and confident in the quality of our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Master Plumber with 25 years of experience and a background that spans residential new construction, multifamily, and commercial plumbing. I started in residential plumbing and went on to serve as a superintendent on multifamily projects across the country, along with commercial work that required a high level of coordination, technical knowledge, and attention to detail. I also hold RMP, Med Gas, and MMRF endorsements from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, giving customers added confidence that they are working with a highly qualified professional.
