We had some ideas that came to life in 3D color after a virtual meeting with this architect by-the-hour. Our friends that had designed-built their houses were amazed at all the services we got and total fees less than builder-designers. He even held our hand through foundation "class", builder selection, specifications, bidding & unlimited email support for our life IN the house. We have already had offers but we're not selling! Ours is not a big one but he does smaller & much bigger. Forte: feels that it's the PLAN that supports the lifestyle NOT the curb appeal that's a billboard to the architect. We agree.

We have worked with Tad on preliminary drawings for a custom home. He is talented, patient, and easy to deal with. Tad is very familiar with the BCS area and builders having designed homes all over. We have not completed yet, but that is our fault, not Tad's. We are looking forward on continuing to work with Tad and completing our BCS area home.

Tad Vaughn is the most talented, patient and forward thinking architect/engineer type man I have ever known. Both projects we did together worked out better than ever expected. I would come with some ideas, and he did not laugh in my face but give me some other items to consider. He then makes the new concepts blend in with the existing work. He is creative and exceptionally bright. You won't find a better architect.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Remodeling/additions are not a great idea and cost more per hour (also in construction $$$ later) but we are the best at this. New residential is your best value, best rates here and total end fees better than those unlicensed.
