- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on event size, location, and the complexity of the bar setup. All packages include professional bartenders, garnishes, fresh citrus juices and syrups, cups, and a custom cocktail menu. Travel fees may apply for events outside the local area. I do not provide alcohol, but I supply a curated shopping list so you get the right bottles for your menu. Discounts are available for multi-day events or repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to learn about your event, guest count, and vision for the bar. From there, I create a customized package and a curated cocktail menu. I provide a shopping list for alcohol, handle all bar setup, and arrive early on event day to ensure everything runs smoothly. My goal is to make your bar experience seamless, stress-free, and memorable for you and your guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of bartending and fine dining experience, working in bars, private events, and high-volume festivals. I have a TABC and food handlers license in Texas, and I am a Level 1 Sommelier. My background also includes bar consulting, menu development, and event leadership for large-scale gatherings of up to 500 guests.
