Saved me nearly $5,900 with a repair over other replacement bids. After having two other technicians from another company out 24 hours apart for the same issue, we were told that the only option was to replace our entire HVAC system (roughly $6,000). I called Dr. Kool to get a replacement quote. Instead, our technician, Patrick, looked over the system and found 2 simple fixes that will keep our system running smoothly! He replaced one capacitor and then tinkered with loose wiring for as long as it took to do the job right. These common and simple fixes were missed by two previous technicians at a reputable in-town competitor who we have used before. Patrick and Dr. Kool have a new customer for life!

My AC went out and they got it going again the same day. My parts need were under warranty, so they was not even any charge! We've been with Dr Kool for years, and we're not going anywhere else. Use him!

Patrick installed an air conditioning and heating system in my home. He also quickly serviced an A/C system at a rent house that I needed serviced ASAP. It was a pleasure to deal with Patrick . His prices were very reasonable and his work was excellent. Highest recommendation for Dr. Kool.
