- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size, materials, design, and details of each project. We provide clear estimates before starting work so customers know what to expect. We’re happy to work with different budgets and find an option that makes sense for the project. We also offer free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by talking with the customer about what they’re looking for and what they want the finished project to look like. When needed, we schedule a time to visit the property, take measurements, look over the area, and go over the details. From there, we provide an estimate and discuss the materials, design, and timeline. Once everything is approved, we schedule the work and make sure the job is completed properly and the area is cleaned up afterward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on work in welding, fabrication, construction, and metalwork. We’ve built our skills through years of working on different types of projects and learning what it takes to do the job correctly, safely, and efficiently.
