Excellent technician! Adjusted the door opening and closing positions. But still had a problem with the door reversing while in transit. He tracked down the problem to malfunctioning sensors and replaced them. No problems since!

HOWDY GARAGE DOORS IS NOW MY COMPANY FOR ANY OVERHEAD DOOR PROBLEMS HERE AT 1ST CHOICE COLLISION OR AT MY HOME. TUCKER IS AWESOME, MAKING SURE YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. TUCKER CAME OUT PROBABLY COUPLE MONTHS AGO AND REPLACED A SPRING ON ONE OF OUR DOORS. HE ALSO CHANGED OUT ROLLERS ON THE DOORS, WHICH WAS FANTASTIC!! YOU COULD ACTUALLY GET THE DOORS TO OPEN EASILY NOW. JUST TO LET YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TUCKER WANTS TO DO AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR YOU, I CALLED HIM THIS MORNING BECAUSE THE DOOR HE REPLCED THE SPRING ON WOULD NOT STAY UP ALL THE WAY, SO I CALLED HOWDY GARAGE DOORS. TUCKER LISTENED TO ME AND THEN ASKED IF NOON TODAY WOULD BE GOOD TO COME CHECK THEM OUT. HE WAS HERE AND TOOK CARE OF A MINOR ADJUSTMENT ON THE SPRING. WORKS GREAT NOW!!! IF YOU EVER NEED ANY WORK ON YOUR GARAGE DOORS CALL HOWDY GARAGE DOORS AND TALK WITH TUCKER, YOU WON'T BE SORR!! THANKS, TUCKER, GREAT COMPANY!!
