- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are a first time client and ***********************************************************************. We are 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied within 24 hours of your clean just give us a call and we’ll set up a date and time to go back and tackle the problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introducing ourselves, we like to gather some information and learn about the client’s needs. Once we understand what they’re looking for, we provide a quote. If the client decides to move forward, we send over a credit card authorization form, which gives us permission to charge the card on file after the clean is done and confirms that the client has reviewed and agreed to our service agreement. After that, we schedule and confirm their cleaning date and time. On the day of service, we arrive at their home fully equipped and ready to clean. Once the service is complete, we send them a receipt for their records.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started working with Zooming Brooms of Pasadena, and other cleaning companies in the area. Through time we gained confidence and more experience.
