- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We truly like to meet every customer face to face if possible. We prefer to perform a free in home estimate for our packing and moving services to provide the very best pricing to our clients. Moving is a very stressful process for most and every move requires a hands on personal approach for each and every client.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We perform moves for local clients that range from students to family homes to small businesses to full Departments at Texas A&M University. We also perform moves within our great state of Texas as well as all across the country. Crossroads has traveled as far as Canada for our clients!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
ALWAYS check TxDMV and USDOT registrations when hiring movers. It is also best to meet a company representative to get a feel for their professionalism and crew(s) that will be in your home and/or place of business. Nothing can replace a face-to-face meeting and we believe it is necessary in the moving industry!
