- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are straightforward. We offer a half-hour complimentary virtual consultation and charge $60/hour thereafter. We also offer the service of removing items for donation. Typically, when we purchase products for a project, a deposit is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a complimentary, half-hour virtual consultation. At this time, the client and I will look at and discuss the space (via pictures/video), their needs and their vision for the space. I will offer suggestions for the space and possible items to be purchased. We will determine a mutual time when the project can be started and an estimate on how long it will take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My college degree was acquired from Indiana State University. I have over 5 years of hands-on experience with many types of organizing and decorating situations. Reading numerous books on the subject has also helped me a great deal.
