Juan was very responsive and eager to ensure I approved of the job. Since the house did not have electricity or water, it required extra effort which he was willing to put forth. He and his coworker also offered to come back another day to finish the job to my satisfaction. My only concern is that I was told that a solvent would've removed all stains but that was never offered to me. They only used water but since we are painting it anyway, I was satisfied with the final outcome.
