My fence had been vandalized and was in rough shape. Mr. Blalock contacted me through my thumbtack request. He bid on my job, came to look to give an actual quote, and then did the work within a week. His actual price was within $10 of his bid on thumbtack. He replaced pickets, reinforced the 2x4 rungs, and fixed up a prior repair that had left sharp screws sticking out an inch.
