FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General repairs and agreed small-task lists are $65/hour with a $150 minimum labor/service charge per visit. The minimum is not an additional fee. Installations and specialized work, including TVs, cameras, fans and plumbing fixtures, are quoted separately by job, quantity and scope. Three TVs require a quote for three installations; they are not a $150 general-work package. Materials are extra unless included. Travel, pickup, return visits and scope changes are discussed before extra work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send photos, your ZIP code, a list of tasks and the quantity/model of any items to install. I review the scope and access, clarify materials and give an estimate or project quote. We agree on price, scope and scheduling before work begins. Appointment times are confirmed by message. Service in English and Spanish.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Compare the full scope, materials, access requirements and total price, not only an hourly rate. Ask who will do the work and what is included. For several small tasks, send a complete list so the visit can be planned efficiently.
