Joe S. says, "We had a decision to make between moving out of the home and location we love or completely remodeling. After meeting with Jordan and the SQC team, we went all-in on a major renovation that included a new roof, new upper-story surround deck that connected our garage apartment to the house, complete primary room and primary bathroom remodel, closet remodel, complete whole-home water pipe replacement with plex and on-demand hot water heater, a brand new upper story office suite for my home office, custom indoor railing & stairs, outdoor kitchen, railing and new outdoor fence, new paint, flooring, Alexa-controlled lighting throughout the house and more. We evaluated individual providers who did offer cheaper delivery for some of the specific point solutions we needed but the level of quality wasn't anywhere close to what SQC could provide atop of the fact that SQC is one of the only providers who would handle the entire project. They killed it! The whole process was managed well, pricing was very transparent, and it wasn't terribly lengthy. SQC has its own dedicated resources so there wasn't competition between our project and others, and they have relationships with very high quality SMEs and resources for turn-key services. They also provided initial design services, decorating recommendations, 3D renderings and pairings of colors, styles, etc that weren't even on our list. Through my experience it has been difficult finding a company that will actually COMPLETE a job or even show up! I live in Conroe and recently hired 2 other companies from Thumbtack that did not show up for weeks, had to run them down daily to find out where they were, were they coming back...a nightmare. 2 other companies stole my money and I had to file a lawsuit. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT LANBAR. HIRE THEM WITH CONFIDENCE! I can assure you that if you hire this company, you will see them daily and the job will get done and on time. I have hired them to replace my fence, install windows and french doors, clear my land, dig a pond, build bridges on my land, and next will be a patio with a firepit area. Feel free to call me anytime, Shandra Champagne 832-622-2231. I did the worst thing by hiring the other 2 contractors with the Iower bids. They BOTH took my money and never completed the jobs!!! Worst mistake ever and now I am out thousands upon thousands of dollars that I will never get back!! This is truly a remarkable and trustworthy company, you cannot go wrong by hiring them with any project! I have called every company out there, this is the best company by far!
