Before asking contractors to visit with you, have a 5-10 min phone call with them and find out if they’re even the right fit for your potential project.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
They should think about how much they value experience, punctuality, communication, and if they even trust the contractor before they make sense of the price. If the price is the only concern then we are probably not the right fit anyway.
