- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning new things every day by self teaching and experimentation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love Macs. I have used them since 1984 and never had a PC in my home. I think they are the best built and easiest to use and now with the addition of the Intel chip you can use your PC programs on it too. True you cannot build one like a PC but I have never felt a need to. The only reason you replace a Mac is because it has outlived what it can do for you. I know people using Macs that are at least 15 or more years old.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly software related issues that people at Mac stores would tell you that you need to wipe your drive to fix that I fix with my software.
