Fabulous experience! Realized my generator wasn’t working right before the big storm and reached out too a number of companies. They were able to fit me in and even worked late to do it! Extremely knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing! Taught me how the unit worked and went above and beyond to get us going! Shayne is the only person I will use from here out!

I can't remember when I have ever been so happy about hiring someone to do a job. Two days before a big ice storm was due to arrive, my generator stopped working. After contacting several companies, no one was able to come to the house to help me. I reached out to a generator repair company called M & S Generator Services and hit the jackpot. Rebecca responded immediately and had a tech come out early the next day. Shayne was here quickly, was professional, explained AND showed me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. If you don't use M & S Generator Services, you aren't getting your money's worth. Exceptional.
