- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do use some pricing programs. But after 20years, I can do it in my head much faster. And sometimes the client will want it right then.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go to the location and look at the project, smaller projects we can generally bid immediately but larger projects we can offer a bid within two days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with some amazing carpenters over the last 20 years that taught me a lot, I also have a background in drafting. Once a deal is made, I will provide a drawing of the project.
