Elite Construction Services LLC did an AMAZING job restoring and transforming our kitchen and bathroom areas from water damage.

Started fine but as the project went on for my dad’s house slowly started to see they were unprofessional. Blamed me for delays, sloppy work as things are falling apart in my dad’s house. Chipped my dad’s mirror was supposed to replace it or make a border around it. Still needs a towel rack. Have reached out multiple times. I know Eric has been really sick and I tried to be understanding but it’s been over a month. I would not recommend this company.

I usually don't complain about anything but if people come do a free estimate and it's a real serous situation on my casewas water sewage damage and the person they send did what he was supposed to do,abd told me he wss gonna send me estimate, and I text and called this person and never replied,,,I mean if you didn't want to take the job.. just text back and say sorry but I'm not interested...thats it....be more professional about the situation....

Hello Victor. When my company came out to your property there was raw sewage throughout the house. We explained that you need to have a professional mitigation company come out and do sewage and mold remediation to remove all contaminants. I understand that you tried to mitigate yourself but there was so much damage that it required a professional mitigation company to come out. This step needed to be done before we could give you any quote for the following reasons...
A.) When a mitigation team comes out, they remove all contaminated flooring, drywall, trim/baseboards, doors, furniture, personal affects, anything that came in contact with the sewage. They will also bring out air movers and dehumidifiers to make sure all sewage and mold has been removed and properly dried. This process usually takes between 3-5 days. This was not done when our company came out to the property and we explained to you that we could not provide an accurate estimate until this process has been completed. You did not want to go that route.
B.) We have no idea on what to bid on until the mitigation process has been completed. Once that is finished, we can then provide you and your insurance company a thorough estimate.
We appreciate you reaching out to us but as we explained during the on-site inspection, we can not provide an estimate until the property is correctly mitigated.

We are very competitive with our pricing. Pricing is based locally on building materials and labor and updated frequently as the market changes.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started in residential construction with roofing and mostly insurance claim work. We now handle all renovations and remodeling. We have backgrounds in construction and working directly in the insurance industry.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We have been receiving a lot of kitchen and bath remodels. Depending on the scope of work it can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks typically.
