- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is clear and upfront. Labor pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Materials are charged separately if needed. For larger or multi-item projects, I’m happy to discuss bundled pricing after inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s needs and inspecting the project on-site. Then I explain the recommended solution and pricing before starting any work. Once approved, I complete the job efficiently and make sure the customer is satisfied with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is hands-on and based on real-world experience. I have worked on a wide range of handyman projects including ceiling fan replacement, interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, door repairs, and fixture installations, continuously improving my skills through practice and experience.
