- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep pricing simple and upfront. The price shown is based on the details provided and covers standard service. If something changes the scope (extra heavy buildup, hard-to-reach areas, more windows/surfaces, or safety/access issues), I’ll let you know before I start. I also offer bundle discounts when you combine services like gutters + windows or windows + exterior cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) I ask a couple quick questions to confirm what you need. 2) I confirm the price and a time that works for you. 3) I show up on time and take care of your property while I work. 4) I clean everything up when I’m done. 5) I do a final walkthrough and can share before/after photos if you’d like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve learned this work hands-on through experience, proper equipment use, and safe ladder practices. I’m always improving my process so the work is done safely and the results are consistent.
