- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hi first ting we are happy the you contact us. if you call us we are going to ask questions about you project and based on you answer we decide if we can give you a n estimate by phone,email or we have to cam to the property we take couple days to give you an estimate after we submit an estimate if you have decide we c all you an 3 or 5 days to fallow up with you . when you says yes we will schedule on the first available day for you and us, we will go over everything before we start and review all the advance on the project every day until we are complete with the project. After we complete the job we will contact you to see how we have done and make sure we give you the quality you deserve and want. Thanks for take the time to reed this info.
