He was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. He responded quickly. He changed my garbage disposal in about 20-25 minutes. I was very impressed with how efficiently he worked. I will definitely be reaching out to him for any other work I need done. His price was reasonable for the work. I actually found that he was one of the cheaper options compared to the installation services that were offered from other stores/businesses.

I recently replaced a garbage disposal. It had a slight leak so I removed it and reattached. It still had a very slight leak. I let it set for several weeks but, with the holidays approaching, I contacted Mr. Whiz to check out the leak. When he arrived the disposal no longer leaked. He checked and tried multiple times to detect the leak. It did not leak. He explained the plumber's putty may have taken longer to dry than 24-48 hours and that was possibly why it leaked upon my installation. Since he was already at my house and did not spend more than 5 minutes on the disposal I asked him if he had time to change out the kitchen faucet. He said he did and began that task. Due to the age of the faucet one of the nuts was extremely rusted and he tried multiple ways to free it. Between his tools, my tools, and the two of us working together he was successful and changed out the faucet and installed the new one. I told him I appreciated the effort and would definitely recommend him to others and would call him the next time I needed a skilled handyman.

Mr. Whiz was able to come out the same day I reached out. He was honest and transparent—when he realized he could fix the issue without replacing a part, he immediately let me know and stayed to confirm the problem was fully resolved. He was incredibly friendly and patient (I’m a bit of a chatter!), and he never seemed bothered at all. He was even thoughtful enough to take his shoes off when entering and exiting the home. We will definitely be reaching out to Mr. Whiz again.

Rudy did an amazing job putting together and installing my floating shelf! He was professional, on time, and worked with great precision to make sure everything was perfectly aligned and secure.
The shelf looks absolutely beautiful and feels very sturdy. Rudy paid attention to every detail and made sure the final result was exactly what I wanted. He also cleaned up after the job, which I really appreciated.
