- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every water damage situation is different, so pricing is based on the scope of work needed to properly address the damage. We provide free on-site assessments to evaluate the situation and explain next steps before any work is performed. If an insurance claim is involved, we help document the damage and work directly with the insurance process when appropriate. There are no surprise fees — we focus on clear communication, so customers understand what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out, we first gather a few details to understand what’s going on. If the situation is urgent, we prioritize a fast response to help stop further damage. We then perform a free on-site assessment, explain what we’re seeing, and outline the recommended next steps. If services are approved, we begin work and keep the customer informed throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is IICRC certified and trained in industry-standard water damage restoration practices. We stay up to date on proper cleanup methods, safety procedures, and documentation requirements to ensure work is completed correctly and responsibly.
