FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekday service calls are $150. Service calls on Saturday or Sunday are $200. For those unexpected repair costs...We offer FINANCING!! This is through Wisetack and is available to everyone. You can check it out on our website. We offer a 10% discount to seniors, active/retired military and veterans!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out and diagnose the issue on existing wells, provide a quote and complete the repair on the spot if we have the parts on hand. If not we will check our suppliers for a same day pickup to complete the repair same day. If we are drilling a new well we speak to the customer to find out the details of exactly what they want. We will put together a quote and a contract. Both of these documents are sent to the customer via email/text. If the customer agrees with the cost they approve the quote and sign the contract. At that time an invoice is automatically emailed/texted to them. They are able to pay the deposit for materials and later once the job is complete they can pay the remaining balance through the same invoice. Once the deposit is received we can schedule a date to start the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We also have on our team a Master well driller and pump installer, a mechanic who has worked on drilling rigs and pump hoists for well over 15 years and another mechanic who has operated drilling rigs for over 20 years.
