Chris came out promptly and friendly to close the deal on our granite work for our large kitchen. He was highly recommended by a friend of ours, and seemed to know his stuff. He came out, took measurements, took my two sinks (large farmhouse and undermount for laundry room) and assured me it would be installed promptly. He set an appointment to install on March 4, Friday afternoon, He failed to make that appointment, and set it for the following Monday. He also broke that appointment, as well as Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We finally had enough and decided to write this job off. He called and promised that he would arrive Monday morning, 10AM. Monday came, he texted to tell me that he wasnt going to make it. We were renting a place to stay during this, and since we have a 7 month old baby the one thing we needed installed was a sink so we could wash her bottles. We moved in over the weekend with the fantasy that he would live up to his word. Which didnt happen. He has every excuse in the book, but its clear that hes having business troubles; his partner quit, he has no help, and just canat do it alone. We paid him $3324 up front, as well as over $6k for material. He is refusing to release the material so we are now out all of our money.

Mr Alexander Wolf, I will admit that we did have difficulties on your job. But the way you have portrayed the situation is not how the job went. I was late working on your job and was terribly behind. But what ended up happening is that your material was returned to you. And the material I was delivered by dal tile and had fabricated for your house was the incorrect material. I was not responsible for the material selection or delivery. Because the material was wrong we had no ability to install the countertops. After long discussion with manager at dal tile the manager Mr. Memo and I resolved the issue and got you new material delivered to a fabricator of your choice and any and all materials were released to your fabricator. I even forget any money on the job. So we fabricated your peninsula for you and the entire kitchen but forget payment. I don't know what I could have done to helped you more than that and it hurts me that you would portray me in such and fashion and my company. I do exquisite work and I can provide photos of all of yours that was fabricated and even the photos provisionally when material was turned over and in addition I can provide all emails between Mr. Memo of dal tile showing the agreement that had been brokered. And just so you know Alexander W. As I promised all those years ago to make you a table with the cutout of the peninsula 7 years later it is still stored properly and waiting for you any time you either wish to pick it up and or allow me to fabricate you a table for free from the material. We do hope that your kitchen came out wonderful. I wish you the best and God bless.
