FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In addition to the Standard Pricing for the number of signatures required, I charge a travel fee based on mileage: 0 to 5 Miles = $15 6 to 10 Miles = $20 11 to 14 Miles = $25 15 to 20 Miles = $30 My maximum travel distance is 20 miles. I perform notarization for an unlimited amount of signatures, just adjust your initial quote accordingly. Home Loan services are priced separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting a document notarized is a painless process. And knowing what to expect prior to the appointment can help the process that much more. For All Notarizations, the person/signer whose signature requires notarization, must be present. All signers must have a Valid Unexpired, Photo ID. The name that's spelled out on the document, must match the name on the ID. Approved forms of ID can be a Driver's License, a Military ID, a U.S. Passport Book or Card, a U.S. Citizenship Certificate or Certificate of Naturalization, a Dept. of Homeland Security or USCIS Document, or a Foreign Passort/Visa when applicable. If a document requires signature of a Witness, the Witness will need to be present as well, with a Valid Photo ID, to sign in their own hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am also a Certified Loan Signing Agent through the Nation's Premier notary association, Nation Notary Association.
