Michael did a great job with my project. I was in a time crunch with my floorrepair as I'm trying to get my home listed on the market asap. I called him and he was there the next day to get my repair work done. He txted when he was on his way which I also really appreciated. Very nice guy that does good work. Thanks Michael!
Micheal fixed a damage on our engineered wood floor. He did a great job and it was very evident that he is very experienced. He will be my go to for any flooring needs in future. It was also fun talking to him during the work :).
I only received a few responses to my project in here and got quotes from all. Michael's was the most reasonable and he seemed to really know his stuff. I wanted a flooring expert not a GC to just bring in an installer. Micheal Meyers was exactly what I was looking for. His quote was exactly the same at the end of the job. He helped me with the order for the actual flooring and made some good recommendations. The flooring was exactly what I needed. He was efficient, professional, and when he was done everything(he moved all the big stuff for me) was back where it was supposed to be. AND I am HAPPY HAPPY with my floors. I cannot recommend him enough.

Michael was great to work with! He is a problem solver and has great knowledge of flooring and materials. He was able to help us with a very difficult moisture issue we had, and his continual communication throughout the process was much appreciated. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. We would definitely recommend him! The only negative comment might be that he should be aware of his language around people he is working with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most Hardsurface installation runs $2.00 Per sq. Ft.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial phone call, I come onsite and provide a written estimate and answer any flooring questions my clients may have (typical estimation times are around 9:30-10am or anytime after 6 or so, to avoid traffic). Once a product has been chosen, we will select the best date for both of us to begin our flooring install and will lock those installation dates in with our required deposit.
Once scheduled, I begin my work day around 10am ( I send a heads up text message every day before heading on over) and typically start putting my saws up around 4 pm!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We follow most Trade shows in and around Texas. Our sales reps from our flooring distributors B.P.I, Swift Train, Mohawk, T&L, C&C, Adleta and Stephens to name a few) always provide a WEALTH of knowledge in industry know how.
