Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Lets be honest, the economy hasn't bounced back for some people since the 2008 recession and everyone these days is a little more financial conservative, but that doesn't mean that good design isn't available to everyone. Interior Designers don't have to cost an arm and leg and thats where I specialize, the middle class. I like to offer good design, creative ideas, and problem solving solutions to my clients needs at a reasonable price. I love the fact that I get to bring life to the ideas that my clients have had but haven't known how to make tangible. I enjoy the fact that I get to be creative and strategic at the same time! I also enjoy being able to put my own personal stamp into designs for clients, and that at the end of the day, my clients are left with a product that betters their lives.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have a flat rate for my design concept, require percentage retainer (this % is based on the estimate of the project), and charge by the hour rate for project execution.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Space Planning, Remodeling with the consultation of a Contractor, Finish Selecting and Specifying, general consulting etc

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Anyone can call themselves a "designer" but not everyone really is a designer. Look for someone with a degree background. A Designer who has been to school for Interior Design has put in HOURS of study, research, coaching and mentoring.
