- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Summit Relocation, we don’t just want your business—we want to earn your trust. That’s why we’re always competitive and fair with our pricing. We offer two flexible options to fit your needs: Hourly Rate: Starting with 3 movers and a truck, plus a one-time fuel/service fee. Flat Rate or Max Price Guarantee: Based on your itemized inventory, so you’ll know your cost up front with no surprises. We include shrink wrap, furniture padding, and tape at no extra charge—because protecting your belongings is part of the job, not an add-on. We also provide boxes for sale or rental, plus a full range of moving services including packing, assembly, furniture delivery, junk removal, and more. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple, clear, and stress-free: 1. Initial Contact & Info Gathering – We start by asking for basic move details: pickup and delivery addresses, preferred move date, size of the move, and any specialty items or access concerns (like stairs or elevators). 2. Quote & Service Options – Based on the details, we’ll provide an accurate quote—either hourly or flat rate—along with any add-on services like packing, assembly, or junk removal. 3. Booking & Deposit – Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll email and text you an invoice for the one-time service fee to lock in your date and crew. 4. Move Day Preparation – We confirm the day before and arrive on time with the right team and equipment, fully prepped based on the info you shared. 5. Execution & Completion – Our crew works efficiently and with care. The remaining balance is due at completion, and we always follow up to ensure you’re fully satisfied. Our goal is to keep things professional, responsive, and smooth every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up playing sports competitively through college on a football scholarship, which taught me the importance of physical health, hard work, discipline, and teamwork. These values guide how I prepare myself and my team—physically, mentally, and professionally—for every job. Since 2009, I’ve been actively involved in a wide variety of moves, gaining hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge. I lead by example, and my team shares a passion for delivering excellent service. Our team members have between 2 months to 20+ years of moving experience. We all embrace the same vision: to maintain professionalism, work efficiently and safely, and most importantly, ensure every customer is completely satisfied with our service.
